Don’t get locked out!
For security purposes, our system will lockout anyone with 5 or more failed login attempts. To prevent getting locked out, make sure you use the correct URL to login. We suggest you create a bookmark in your browser to easily remember.

Always use the Username you were provided when you initially registered. Do NOT use your email address.
Memorize or record your password.
With the correct URL, username and password, you will never get locked out.
Checking Order Status
Once your logged in, navigate to orders, then click on the “View” button for the order you want to see. If the order has been shipped, you will see “is currently Completed” at the top of the page. A link to check the tracking of the package will be found immediately below. (Please note that tracking may be made available before the delivery agent scans the package. If you get a notice that the tracking code is not valid, check back in a few hours.)
